Lord Alexander House

The Lord Alexander House project comprised the conversion from offices to offer 67 modern residential units, Community Hall, A2/D1 Units and the construction of a fourth and fifth floor.

The development of 1 and 2 bedroom flats will be completed and ready for occupation from February 2012 onwards.

The scheme benefits from a communal roof garden accessed by lifts from the ground floor, the roof is enveloped with contemporary glass ballustrading.

The project has benefited from using the latest eco sustainable building products, and has achieved government legislation certification.
