James Taylor Development begins work at our second self-storage facility in Welwyn Garden City in January 2012 with completion set for September 2012.

This new purpose built facility will comprise of over 60,000 square feet of storage over four floors.

James Taylor Development were involved in securing a planning consent and will be in control of the four key stages of the development: Feasibility Phase, Design Phase, Development Phase and Construction Phase.

James Taylor Development will oversee every stage of the development process and apply precision and attention to detail to the development. We will be proud to deliver the latest generation of self storage facility, which utilise state of the art technology.

Our strategy is to continue to invest in quality properties at the premium end of the self storage market and to expand the reach of the brand.
